Providing your name and email is necessary to create an account and use our service. If you do not provide them, we cannot provide the service to you.

Where we process your data
We store and process your personal data in the UK. Some of our providers may process limited data outside the UK; where they do, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or a UK adequacy decision.
Promotional codes
If you redeem a promotional code, we keep a record of the redemption so the same code cannot be used more than once by the same person. We rely on our legitimate interests in preventing promotional abuse, and we keep these records for up to 18 months. You can ask us to delete this information — see the "Your rights" section below.
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your data. We share limited information with our service providers (hosting and email infrastructure, and Stripe for payment processing) and, when you submit your music, with the radio presenters and stations you've asked us to share with.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. If you can still sign in, you can delete your account directly from your profile. To request a copy of your data, send us a request and we'll respond within one calendar month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work — for example, to keep you signed in and to process payments you ask us to take. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
